ICE-CREAM STATION

Treat your guests to exquisite artisan ice-cream by Ricketts Point and delight their tastebuds with a variety of bold and unique flavours to choose from.

Have ice-cream served in the Ballroom, Garden Room, Marble Bar or outdoor in the Courtyard – at Leonda we are able to provide up to seven flavours of your choice via our mobile ice-cream counter. This provides an array of selections for your guests, enabling you to cater for their varied palates.

Crafted in small batches with an unrivalled sense of detail, Ricketts Point’s ice cream is made from the highest quality ingredients: certified organic full cream dairy milk, local, lush, seasonal fruits and vegetables along with rare and exotic ingredients from places like the Himalayas and Madagascar. Where possible Ricketts Point chooses organic because it tastes great, it’s healthier and environmentally sustainable.

PRIVATE MENU TASTING

Enjoy exceptional service at a private menu tasting at Leonda By The Yarra in the lead up to your wedding. Get a feel for head chef Roland Gordon’s menu flavours and presentation style from his carefully prepared selection of entrees, main courses and desserts. Bring friends and family to help select your menu and chat with our staff to get any of your questions answered.

• Pre-select 4 entrees, 4 mains and 4 desserts and we will serve 1 of each choice in a sharing fashion
• Pre-select any wines from our beverage package that you would like to sample
• The tasting is priced at $500 per couple, with a maximum of 6 guests
• Customised menus can be created at additional costs
• The tasting runs for 2 hours with a waiter in your own private room
